This is a fairly straightforward song, 
so Ill only write the main chords and changes...
Ive tried to add bars to show timing, but they could be off somewhat;
Listen to the record to get it right ;)

During the last half of the verse-progression, try to mute the lower 3 strings
somewhat, it sounds a bit better and it gets a bit easier to play

AS for tuning, just drop all strings one semitone to play along with the record.
