Update on Ken – The Movie, by Claudia Rorarius

Filmmaker Claudia Rorarius has been working on a fictional film starring Ken Stringfellow, using a “unique working method, while interweaving fiction and reality seamlessly.” Claudia provided an update to the project on her Tumblr this week:

So the basic plot of the fictional film is: Ken is on tour through the US. But the people and places don’t seem to be nice to him. The shows are not going well. His nerves are at breaking point. One morning, when he wakes up, his voice is gone. Helpless of the situation he has a nervous breakdown, feeling like losing his whole life. He is stranded in a small town, not knowing where to go and what to do. He is feeling terribly lonely. Suddenly comes a long, lost story in his mind, that he had blocked out all this years. As a baby he was abandoned by his bodily mother. He has never seen her again. Ken decides to search for his lost mother, and take a long and painful way back to life.

For more information on the project, visit her Tumblr to read the post in full.

If you follow Ken’s blog, you already know that he and Jon Auer are recording new Posies songs.
