Before going further, I think it would be wise to determine if the child was beaten or not, because there is a controversy right now in most forums.

The only thing that matters is he got caught the first time, and DIDN’T do it again. If the point of jail is to teach people lessons and change them for the better, then I’d say he got the point.

There is something about him that makes me uneasy, and it’s not the fact that he’s a disheveled old man.

Let’s face it, when a person in their ~50′s engages in “consensual” sex with someone barely into their teens, there’s something wrong with that person. Kids that age aren’t able to reason like adults do; their brains aren’t even finished developing, let alone their bodies! I trust Mr. Muscare/Vianney about as far as I can throw him. I’d bet you anything he would have done it again if he hadn’t been caught the first time.

Thank you for mentioning me in your post and giving me a little credit here. I’m glad someone is standing up also for sheading light on Edward Muscare. I’m from Missouri and was familer with the man long ago when a news station aired an Update years and years ago about him.

And yes, I post on SuperHeroHype.com and I do have a avatar of Edward. It’s funny, he’s creepy, and my names ABleedingCorpse, and Edward definatly looks like a corpse to me. Make sense? The mugshot I have is from a deep file I found on him, believe it’s from his update photo from 2008 when he had to register in SC.

But thank you for giving me the shout out.

Misunderstood? I liked the guy but learning from his past and that he sexually beat a 14 year old boy…I don’t know anymore…
