The Posies played a set on KEXP in Seattle last week, and it is available for streaming at their website. They were joined by Rachel Flotard on “Licenses to Hide.”

The Posies Announce Japanese Tour
The Posies will be in Japan in June, and This Time Records will be releasing ‘Blood/Candy’ (with seven additional bonus tracks) on April 20th.

JA performs Radiohead with the Seattle Rock Orchestra TONIGHT!
Following the success of their take on both Funeral by the Arcade Fire and the music of David Bowie, The Seattle Rock Orchestra turns its attention to Radiohead, performing The Bends and OK Computer at The Moore Theater in Seattle, Saturday Feb. 19 @ 8pm. Jon will sing “Fake Plastic Trees” “Bones” and “Nice Dream” and perhaps a surprise number at the end of the evening. Rachel Flotard of Visqueen, Joshua Morrison, and John Van Deusen of The Lonely Forest are among the other guest singers. More info here.

Acoustic In-store Performance in Milwaukee
Before their show at Turner Hall Ballroom that night, Jon & Ken will be performing at The Exclusive Co. in Milwaukee, 6:30, at their 1669 N Farwell Ave location.
New Shows: Aspen, CO & Honolulu HI + KS solo in Little Rock AR
The Posies will be playing in Aspen, CO at Belly Up on November 30th, with Brendan Benson. On December 16th, they’ll be at the Pipeline Cafe in Honolulu.
Ken has added a solo show on November 22nd in Little Rock AR at White Water Tavern ($7).
